Terms and conditions of T-Express shipping



As a sender, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using the T-Express Services on your own behalf or on behalf of the consignee (recipient) and any other person who benefits from the consignment.

"Cargo" means all documents or packages carried under a bill of lading and may be carried by any means of choice by T-Express, including air, land or any other vehicle.
A "bill of lading" includes any shipping ID or document generated through automated T-Express or shipping systems, such as labels, barcodes, invoices or shipping documents, as well as any electronic copy.
Each shipment is shipped under the limited liability set forth here. If the sender shipment requires additional protection, it may be possible to arrange additional insurance costs. (For more information, see the following.) "T-Express" means any member of the T-Express network.

Unacceptable shipments

A shipment is considered unacceptable if:
No required customs declaration has been submitted and issued in accordance with customs regulations.

Deliverable and non-deliverable shipments

Inspection

T-Express reserves the right to inspect the consignment without informing the sender for safety, security, customs or other legal reasons.

Shipping costs

T-Express shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or volume of each piece, and each piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by T-Express to confirm these calculations.

Responsibility of T Express

6.2 T-Express will take reasonable steps to deliver the goods according to the T-Express delivery schedule, but these plans are not mandatory and do not form part of the contract. Demands

Cargo insurance

T-Express may be able to cover insurance related to loss or damage to the shipment if the sender informs T-Express that this includes completing the insurance section on the front page of the bill of lading or automated systems. It is T-Express and the customer pays the related premium. Cargo insurance does not cover losses or indirect damages or losses or damages resulting from delays.

Conditions beyond the control of T-Express

T-Express is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond T-Express control. Guarantees and immunities provided by the sender

The sender is responsible for maintaining the immunity of T-Express against any loss or damage caused by the sender's failure to fulfill the following guarantees and obligations:

Routing

The shipper agrees to all routes and changes of routes, including the cargo may be shipped via routes where there is a temporary stop.

The ruling law

Any dispute relating to the terms and conditions of this contract shall, in favor of T-Express, be entrusted to a court of executive jurisdiction and governed by the law of the country of origin, and the sender shall submit to the jurisdiction of these courts without question, unless Be against the current law

Separation

The invalidity or impossibility of the implementation of any article of this contract will not affect other parts of these terms and conditions.
